摘要
目的:探讨集训期维和官兵情绪体验及其与自我效能、应付方式的关系,旨在为开展执行维和任务官兵心理卫生保障工作提供基础资料。方法:采用正负性情绪量表、一般自我效能感量表、应付方式问卷对124名集训期维和官兵进行调查。结果:不同环境适应程度及不同压力水平维和官兵正负性情绪得分存在显著差异(P<0.01)。正性情绪与自我效能、解决问题、求助呈显著正相关,与自责、幻想、合理化呈显著负相关;负性情绪与自我效能、解决问题、求助呈显著负相关,与自责、幻想、合理化呈显著正相关。自我效能对正性情绪有显著正向预测作用,合理化对正性情绪有显著负向预测作用;自我效能、求助对负性情绪有显著负向预测作用,自责、幻想对负性情绪有显著的正向预测作用。结论:可通过训练自信心、应付方式改善集训期维和官兵的情绪体验。
Objective: To analyze the relationship of emotional experience general self- efficacy and coping style of peacekeeping military engineers during assembled training,in order to provide some material for mental health work. Methods: A total of 124 peacekeeping military engineers were evaluated with the positive and negative affect scale、general self-efficacy scale and coping style questionnaire. Results: There were significant differences among different environment adaptation and current pressure for positive and negative emotion of peacekeeping military engineers during assembled training.Positive emotion was positively correlated with self-efficacy,solve the problem and recourse,was negatively correlated with self-blame, fantasy,rationalization.Negative emotion was negatively correlated with self-efficacy,solve the problem and recourse was positively correlated with self-blame、fantasy、rationalization,Self-efficacy could positively predict positive emotion,rationalization could negatively predict positive emotion.Self-efficacy,recourse could negatively predict negative emotion,self-blame,fantasy could positively predict negative emotion. Conclusion: We can improve emotional experience of peacekeeping military engineers during assembled training by training self- confidence and making better coping style.
