摘要
本文采用国内外常用的三种自然保护区管理有效性评价方法,对赤水桫椤国家级自然保护区进行了评价,并对三种方法的评价结果进行了比较。2010年七部门联合工作采用的《国家级自然保护区管理工作评估赋分表》更适用于快速评价和多个保护区横向比较;国家林业局《自然保护区有效管理评价技术规范》对自然保护区现状的评价综合而细致,贴近中国的实际管理现状;而世界银行/世界自然基金会开发的《保护地区管理有效性跟踪工具》强调与周边宏观生态环境的关联与保护区的持续变化,因此适用于对保护区的长期持续监督与评估。
Three commonly used methods for evaluating the management effectiveness of natural reserves at home and abroad were used to evaluate the Chishui Alsophila National Natural Reserve, and the evaluation results of the three methods were compared. the Assessment Tables adopted by seven departments in 2010 are more suitable for rapid evaluation and horizontal comparison of multiple nature reserves. The National Forestry Administration’s Technical Specification comprehensively and meticulously evaluates the current situation of nature reserves, which is close to the actual management situation in China. METT by World Bank/WWF emphasizes more on the relationship with the surrounding ecosystem and the continuous changes of protected areas, so it is suitable for the long-term monitoring and evaluation of protected areas.
