摘要
研究60Si2Mn板簧在疲劳试验14万次后发生断裂失效的原因。通过化学成分分析、宏观分析、断口扫描分析、显微组织分析等测试手段,对板簧断裂失效原因进行分析。结果表明,裂纹起始于A裂纹源及B裂纹源处。A裂纹源处表面存在粗大铁素体全脱碳层,且长时间磨损致表面形成凹坑缺陷,外力作用下凹坑缺陷处存在应力集中现象,萌生裂纹导致A裂纹源最先发生开裂。
The failure reasons of 60Si2Mn plate spring after fatigue test was studied. The facture failure reasons of plate spring were analyzed by taking advantage of chemical composition analysis, fracture scanning analysis as well as microstructure analysis and testing. The results showed that the crack started at A and B crack sources. There was a full decarbonization layer of coarse large ferrite on the surface of A crack sources, which caused crater defect after abrasion for long time. Hence the crater defect got higher centralized stress under the effect of the external force, making for generation fatigue crack and finally the crack occurred at the A crack source first.
