外磁场对磁流体油膜轴承性能影响研究

摘要 外磁场对磁流体油膜轴承的作用可以有效提高油膜轴承的工作性能。本文设计一多层密匝螺线管作为外磁场为轴承提供磁场强度作用力。该外磁场模型所产生的磁感应强度分布方程已计算得到。通过实验测量螺线管内部磁场强度分布;通过控制温度和磁场两个影响因素对磁流体粘度进行分析。研究表明,合理施加外磁场作用可有效提高磁流体轴承承载能力降低轴承失效率;此外,还可以增强轴承密封性能。 The effect of the external magnetic field can efficiently improve the working performance of the magnetic fluid oil-film bearing. In this paper,a solenoid is designed as the magnetic field to produce the induction magnetic intensity,of which the equation of the magnetic intensity is deduced. Then,measure the inner induction magnetic field distribution of the solenoid model and analyze the effect of the temperature and the magnetic intensity to the viscosity of the ferrofluid.The results show that the magnetic field,provided reasonably,can enhance the bearing capacity of oil-film bearing,decrease its failure rate. In addition to,the magnetic field can improve the leakproofness of the bearing.
