摘要
结合轧机油膜轴承的润滑特点,综述轧机油膜轴承润滑理论的研究进展,同时结合低速重载轧机油膜轴承的工况特点,指出轧机油膜轴承润滑理论研究的主要发展方向。轧机油膜轴承的润滑理论研究已从刚流润滑、热流润滑、弹流润滑发展到热弹流润滑理论的阶段,但对低速重载油膜的多场耦合润滑机制还缺乏深入的研究。使用磁流体润滑油膜轴承,可避免巴氏合金蠕变对油膜润滑特性的影响,保证润滑油膜的完整性,是轧机油膜轴承的发展方向之一。
Combined with the lubricating characteristics of mill oil-film bearing, the research development of mill oil- film bearing lubrication theory was reviewed. Aimed at the working characteristics of mill oil-film bearing under heavy load and low speed, the main development direction of mill oil-film bearing lubrication theory was pointed out. The research on lubrication theory of mill oil-film bearing has developed from rigid hydrodynamic lubrication, thermal hydrodynamic lubri- cation,elastohydrodynamic lubrication to thermo-elastohydrodynamic lubrication. However, there still has insufficient re- search on multi-field coupling lubrication mechanism of low-speed heavy-load oil film. The development of oil-film bearing under magnetic-fluid lubrication is prospected to compensate for the negative influences of micro Babbitt alloy creep on lu- brication properties of oil film so as to ensure the integrity of oil film, which can be regarded as one of the development trends of mill oil-film bearing.
