摘要
目的:探讨对腰椎间盘突出患者用MRI、CT两种影像学手段检查的临床应用价值。方法:取某院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者为分析对象,所有患者同时接受MRI、CT检查,并与手术病理检查数据进行比较,对影像学检查所得数据进行回顾性分析以比较MRI、CT对腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床诊断价值。结果:MRI检查对腰椎间盘突出诊断的漏诊率和误诊率均低于CT检查,且两者的诊断漏诊率差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);在各种征象方面,MRI在椎间盘变性、硬膜囊受压、脊髓变形方面有优越性,CT在钙化、椎间盘积气有优越性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腰椎间盘突出患者用MRI、CT检查各有优劣性,需要综合考虑到患者临床症状、体征、经济承受能力等方面合理选择检查方式,保障患者的生活质量和身体健康。
Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of MRI and CT imaging in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Eighty patients with lumbar disc herniation were enrolled in the study.All patients underwent MRI and CT examinations,and compared with surgical pathology data.The data were retrospectively analyzed to compare the clinical diagnostic value of MRI and CT in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Results:The rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by MRI was lower than that by CT,and there was significant difference between them(P<0.05).In terms of various signs,MRI was in the treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration,dural sac compression,and spinal cord deformation.It is superior,CT has superiority in calcification and intervertebral disc gas accumulation,and has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI and CT examinations for patients with lumbar disc herniation have advantages and disadvantages.It is necessary to comprehensively consider the clinical symptoms,signs and economic affordability of patients to ensure the quality of life and physical health of patients.
