摘要
目的:针对带自校准线圈的拾振器的现场自校准问题,进行恒压校准方法的研究。方法:在分析伺服式拾振器原理的基础上,从理论上推导了基于恒压校准的伺服式拾振器自校准装置的原理,设计并搭建了基于恒压校准的伺服式拾振器自校准装置,并进行了实验研究。结果:研究表明,基于恒压校准的伺服式拾振器自校准装置的测量不确定度小于2%。结论:此方法可以实现941型、891型等伺服式拾振器的自校准。
Aims: To study the constant pressure calibration method of a vibration picker with self-calibration coil. Methods: The principle of self-calibration device of servo vibration picker based on constant pressure calibration was deduced theoretically. The self-calibration device of servo vibration picker based on constant pressure calibration was designed and built;and the experimental research was carried out. Results: The experimental results showed that the uncertainty of the self-calibration device based on constant pressure calibration was less than 2%. Conclusions: This method can realize the self-calibration of 941-type and 891-type servo vibration pickers.
