摘要
传感器是水电机组开展状态监测与故障诊断的基础。为加强水电机组振动、摆度等运行参数的监测,利用B&K实验台与PULSE分析系统对水电机组振动传感器进行校准,总结分析了水电机组振动传感器存在的问题,并提出四点建议,为水电厂传感器选型及维护提供参考,为水电站长期安全稳定运行提供可靠的保障。
Sensor is the foundation of hydropower units to carry out the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis .In order to strength-en the monitoring of the operation parameters such as vibration and throw for hydropower units ,the author calibrated the vibration sensor by utilizing the B&K experiment table and PULSE analysis system .Problems existed in vibration sensor were analyzed and four suggestions given in this thesis ,this will provide reference for type selection and sensor maintenance ,and will also offer reliable guarantee for safe operation of hydropower units .
