摘要
发电机组摆度监测传感器要求越来越趋向一体化和小型化,现在主要使用的电涡流式摆度监测传感器,需要进行温度补偿才能达到准确测量。本文提出了一种适用于电机组摆度监测使用的一体化电涡流位移传感器的温度综合补偿方法,其在线性校正网络中增加一个温度综合补偿网路,能够对传感器全要素温度飘移进行补偿,其特点是使用器件极少,方法简单巧妙。
The generator set monitoring sensor requires more and more tend to the integration and miniaturization. Temperature compensation is needed for the eddy current sensor, which is mainly used for pendulum monitoring now, in order to achieve accurate measurement. A new temperature compensation method was proposed in this paper, which can compensate comprehensively the temperature drift for the eddy current displacement sensor. An integrated compensation network is added to the linear correction network. It can compensate all components of the sensor for temperature drift and its characteristics is of minimal use in devices and simple.
