摘要
以双膜理论为依据,对比了喷淋工艺和填料工艺在真空碳酸钾法脱除硫化氢过程中,对煤气相与贫液相之间相对速度、传质面积两个因素的影响,并对喷淋工艺在真空碳酸钾法脱硫技术中的应用进行了讨论和设计,为提高真空碳酸钾法脱硫效率的工程化研究提供了参考。
In this paper,the effects which spraying technology and filling technology has on the relative velocity and contact area of vacuum potassium carbonate desulfurization was compared, and an application project was discussed and designed, to provide a reference for the engineering research on the improvement of the desulfurization efficiency of vacuum potassium carbonate desulfurization of coke oven gas.
