FLAT-PRO合成基钻井液在南海东部超深水井的应用 被引量:7

Application of FLAT-PRO Synthetic Base Drilling Fluid in Ultra-deepwater Well in the Eastern South China Sea

摘要 随着石油勘探开发的不断深入,南海东部作业了荔湾22-1-1超深水井,该井作业水深达2619.35m,实测海底温度为1.9℃。由于水深的增加,相比常规深水井,钻井液作业面临海底温度低、作业窗口窄、隔水管段井眼清洁差、易井漏等作业风险。恒流变合成基钻井液是深水、超深水井常用的钻井液体系,FLAT-PRO合成基钻井液体系的黏度、切力受温度和压力的影响小,特别是动切力、静切力和低剪切速率黏度等参数在4~65.5℃下变化平稳,满足超深水作业的要求。本井在17-1/2"、12-1/4"井段使用了FLAT-PRO合成基钻井液体系,现场作业中体系恒流变性能稳定、携岩能力强、井眼清洁效果好、ECD值较低,起下钻及电测顺利,满足了窄安全密度窗口作业的要求。 With the deepening of petroleum exploration and development, Liwan 22-1-1 ultra-deep water well has been operated in the eastern South China Sea. The water depth of the well is 2619.35 m, and the measured temperature of the seabed is 1.9 C. Compared with conventional deepwater wells, drilling fluid operation faces such operational risks as low seabed temperature, narrow operation window, poor wellbore cleanliness in riser section and easy lost circulation due to the increase of water depth. Constant rheological synthetic base drilling fluid is a common drilling fluid system in deep and ultra-deep water wells. The viscosity and shear force of FLAT-PRO synthetic base drilling fluid system are less affected by temperature and pressure. Especially, the dynamic shear force, static shear force and low shear rate viscosity change steadily at 4~65.5℃, which meet the requirements of ultra-deep water operation. The FLAT-PRO synthetic base drilling fluid system is used in the 17-1/2 and 12-1/4 sections of the well. In the field operation, the system has stable rheological property, strong rock carrying capacity, good hole cleaning effect, low ECD value, Drilling, tripping and wireline logging were all successful performed, which meets the requirements of narrow safe density window operation.
