摘要
目的通过分析风险预警管理对患者及工作人员采取的干预措施,总结出有效方法减少老年患者不必要的导尿管留置,降低老年患者导尿管相关性泌尿道感染率,提高拔管率,降低重插率,维护患者尊严,提高患者舒适性。方法选取2018年8月至2019年1月期间我科收治的109例留置导尿管的患者作为研究对象,并随机分为对照组(54例)与干预组(55例)。对照组给予常规护理干预,干预组给予综合护理干预,对比两组患者泌尿系统感染发生率。结果干预组患者泌尿系统感染发生率为7.3%,对照组患者泌尿系统感染率为27.8%,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对老年留置导尿管患者实行护理风险预警管理能有效降低泌尿系统感染的发生率,提高拔管率,降低重插率,值得推广与应用。
Objective Through the analysis of risk early warning management for patients and staff take intervention measures,summed up the effective ways to reduce unnecessary catheter indwelling elderly patients,reduce the elderly patients with catheter associated urinary tract infection,and increase decannulation rate,reduce weight rate,maintain the dignity of the patients and improve patient comfort.Methods 109 patients with indwered urinary catheter admitted to our department from August 2018 to January 2019 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into control group(54 cases) and intervention group(55 cases).The control group received conventional nursing intervention,and the intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence of urinary tract infection was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of urinary tract infection was 7.3% in the intervention group and 27.8% in the control group,with significant difference and statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion Nursing risk early warning management for elderly patients with indwelling catheters can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection,increase the rate of extubation and reduce the rate of reinsertion,which is worthy of promotion and application.
