摘要
目的探讨胞磷胆碱钠注射液用于脑出血治疗的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月至2019年1月收治的脑出血患者90例为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分组,对照组45例采用常规治疗,观察组45例在对照组基础上加胞磷胆碱钠注射,对两组治疗后D-二聚体(D-D)、血浆纤维蛋白原(Fib)、出血量及格拉斯哥昏迷评分法(GCS)评分、预后情况进行观察。结果两组治疗前的D-D、Fib水平无明显差异(P>0.05),两组治疗后D-D、Fib水平与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的出血量、GCS评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组出血量较对照组低,GCS评分较对照组高,差异明显(P<0.05)。经格拉斯哥预后评分法(GCS)评分结果显示,观察组预后良好率为77.78%,较对照组(57.78%)高(P<0.05)。结论胞磷胆碱钠注射液用于脑出血治疗能改善患者D-D与Fib水平,控制出血量,也能改善患者预后,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of citicoline sodium injection in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 90 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted from March 2017 to January 2019 were selected as subjects, and were grouped according to different treatment options.In the control group, 45 patients were treated with conventional therapy, and 45 patients in the observation group were given citicoline sodium injection on the basis of the control group.The D-dimer(D-D), plasma fibrinogen(Fib), blood loss and Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS) scores and prognosis were observed before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in D-D and Fib levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of D-D and Fib in the two groups were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding and GCS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the amount of bleeding in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the GCS score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).According to the Glasgow Outcome Score(GOS) score, the prognosis of the observation group was 77.78%, which was higher than that of the control group 57.78%(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of citicoline sodium injection in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage can improve the D-D and Fib levels, control the amount of bleeding, and improve the prognosis of patients.It is worth promoting.
