摘要
随着计算机技术的发展,数值模拟技术在矿物加工中的应用逐渐成熟。离散元技术的发展为研究颗粒运动提供了有效工具,作为一种可靠、功能强大的颗粒流模拟工具被广泛使用,有助于研究物料在破碎腔中的破碎过程,颗粒-颗粒、颗粒-设备之间的受力变化,揭示物料破碎具体信息。本文主要阐述离散元方法的仿真流程及其在几种破碎机建模仿真中的发展与应用情况,并对离散元建模仿真技术的未来发展方向进行展望。
With the development of computer technology,the application of numerical simulation technology in mineral processing is widely used.The development of discrete element method provides an effective tool for studying particle movement.It is widely used as a reliable and powerful particle flow simulation tool,which is helpful to study the crushing process of materials in the crushing cavity,force change between particles and devices,and reveal the specific information of material crushing.This paper mainly describes the simulation process of discrete element method and its development and application in modeling and simulation of several crushers,and the future development direction of discrete element modeling and simulation technology is also presented.
