摘要 多宝山铜矿二期选矿厂结合了一期选矿厂3CB碎磨系统进行扩建改造,创新性的设计了Ⅰ系列3.0万t/d SABC工艺和Ⅱ系列2.5万t/d3CB工艺相结合的碎磨流程,SABC工艺与3CB工艺互通互联,整个生产系统既具有两种碎磨工艺的优势特点和设备功效,又实现了协同互补,有利于降低碎磨能耗、保障设备运转率。主要阐述了多宝山铜矿SABC碎磨工艺的生产调试、技改、提产等过程,总结了SABC工艺流程的重要影响因素。结合生产实际,通过对顽石独立破碎、一期细碎筛分分流破碎、粗矿堆联通、二期Ⅰ、Ⅱ系列磨矿分级互通互调等采取技改优化措施,实践探索出较优的作业流程和工作参数,使多宝山铜矿选矿厂整体产能提升达到7700t/d,碎磨整体电耗下降2.63kWh/t,钢球单耗下降0.03kg/t,经济效益非常显著。 The second phase dressing plant of Duobaoshan Copper Mine was expanded and reformed by combining the 3 CB grinding system of the first phase dressing plant,and innovatively designed the grinding process combining the 30,000 t/d SABC process ofⅠseries and the 25000 t/d 3 CB process of Ⅱ series.The SABC process and the 3 CB process were interconnected.The whole production system not only had the advantages of the two grinding processes and equipment efficiency,but also achieved synergistic complementarity,which was conducive to reducing grinding energy consumption and ensuring equipment operation rate.The process of SABC grinding process in Duobaoshan Copper Mine such as production debugging,technical improvement and production improvement were mainlydescribed,and the important influencing factors of SABC process were summarized.Combined with the production practice,the technical improvement and optimization measures were taken for the independent crushing of rock,the first stage fine crushing and screening separation crushing,the coarse ore pile interconnection,the second stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ series grinding grading interadjustment,and the better operation process and working parameters were explored in practice.The overall production capacity of the dressing plant of Duobaoshan Copper Mine was increased to 7700 t/d.The overall power consumption of grinding mill was reduced by 2.63 kWh/t,and the single consumption of steel ball was reduced by 0.03 kg/t.The economic benefit was very significant.
