摘要
通过梳理北京现存工业遗产名单,对现存工业遗产利用状况进行了实地调查,并根据空间分布现状形成了城市工业遗产沿轴线、节点和片区建构的空间特征,即纵轴线与北京传统中轴线平行且向左偏移,横轴线与长安街大致吻合;以容积率、工业遗产保护等级、建筑遗留情况与保护再利用情况、建筑类型与风格这几项指标都较高的首钢、北京大华电子集团、北京炼焦化学厂和798艺术中心4处工业遗产为节点;以节点为中心,整合节点周边具有相似特征的工业遗产形成保护片区,进而提出将北京城市工业遗产从轴线、节点、片区上进行整体的保护利用,以保护近现代优秀工业遗产建筑,传承城市文脉,留存城市记忆。
This paper sorts out a list of existing industrial heritages in Beijing, conducts a field survey of the existing industrial heritage utilization status, and forms the spatial characteristics of the urban industrial heritages along the axis, nodes and areas according to the spatial distribution status, and the longitudinal axis is parallel to the traditional central axis of Beijing, off to the left, and the horizontal axis is roughly consistent with Chang’an Street. The four industrial heritages of Shougang, Beijing Dahua Electronics Group, Beijing Coking Chemical Factory and 798 Art Center as nodes have higher indicators in terms of floor area ratio, industrial heritage protection level, building legacy and protection and reuse, building type and style. The industrial heritage with similar characteristics surrounding the nodes is integrated to form a protected area. Furthermore, it proposes to protect and utilize the urban industrial heritage of Beijing from the axis, nodes and sections to protect the modern industrial heritage buildings, inherit the traditional urban culture, and retain the memory of the city.
