摘要
目的 探讨白内障患者手术实施护理配合的临床疗效,并分析其对患者生存质量的影响.方法 选取我院2017年5月至2018年6月期间所收治的82例白内障患者作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,每组各41例,两组患者均行白内障超声乳化摘除手术与人工晶体植入手术,对照组患者在手术过程中行常规手术护理配合模式,研究组实施系统化的手术护理配合模式,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效与其对患者生存质量的影响.结果 两组患者手术前视力指数比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术后研究组视力功能指数为(82.3±5.2),与对照组(73.8±4.7)差异显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组中有2例患者存在并发症,其中包括:2例角膜水肿,对照组中有8例患者存在并发症,其中有5例角膜水肿,3例囊膜破损,研究纽并发症发生率(4.87%)显著低于对照组(19.51%),组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 白内障患者在实施超声乳化摘除手术与人工晶体植入手术的同时给予系统化手术护理配合能够有效改善患者的临床效果,降低患者手术后结膜出血、水肿等并发症的发生情况,值得临床进一步推广应用.
Objective to explore the clinical efficacy of surgical nursing cooperation in cataract patients and analyze its impact on patients’ quality of life.Methods Selected from August 2014 to December 2016,the independent during the period of 82 cataract patients as the research object,according to random number table method,it can be divided into research group and control group,41 cases in each group,two groups of patients were cataract ultrasonic emulsification excision surgery with intraocular lens implantation,the control group patients in the operation process routine surgical nursing cooperation mode,implement systematic operation nursing team cooperate mode,analysis of the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients and its impact on patients quality of life.Results Index of two groups of patients before surgery vision is no statistical significance(P>0.05),the team vision after the operation,function index(82.3 ±5.2),(73.8±4.7)significant difference with control group,there is statistical significance(P<0.05);There are four patients in group complications,including:2 cases of corneal edema,2 cases of infection in the control group had complications,including 5 cases of corneal edema and 3 cases of infection.The study group(4.87%)was compared with the control group(19.51%),differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion cataract patients in ultrasonic emulsification surgery with intraocular lens implantation surgery at the same time give systematic nursing can effectively improve the clinical effect of patients,reduce the patients with conjunctival hemorrhage,edema,and other complications after the operation,is worth further clinical application.
