摘要
采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法同时测定了林下仿野生栽培和温室栽培灵芝样品中的硒(Se)含量。结果表明,林下仿野生栽培灵芝中的硒含量为0.058 3±0.002 5 mg·kg^-1,显著高于温室栽培灵芝。说明林下仿野生栽培灵芝的品质与野生灵芝相似,有良好的富硒能力和较高的保健活性。
The hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used for the determination of the selenium content in imitation wild forest cultivated and greenhouse cultivated Ganoderma lucidum. The result showed that the selenium content of the imitation wild forest cultivated Ganoderma lucidum was 0.058 3±0.002 5 mg·kg^-1, which was significant higher than that of greenhouse cultivated Ganoderma lucidum. Indicated that the quality of imitation wild forest cultivated Ganoderma lucidum was similar to that of wild Ganoderma lucidum, and it had better selenium enrichment ability and higher health care activity.
