摘要
结合某城市地下综合管廊工程,对顶管施工中质量控制的关键技术进行探讨。介绍了顶管施工工艺,并结合施工重难点,针对顶管方案验算顶进参数;分析了施工质量控制要点和相关防范措施。施工结果表明,采用超长距离顶管技术、泥水平衡顶管施工方式、触变泥浆技术顺利完成了顶管施工,取得了良好的施工效果,可供类似工程借鉴。
In terms of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery project of a city, the key technology of quality control in pipe jacking construction is discussed. This paper introduces the construction technology of pipe jacking, selects the scheme of pipe jacking and calculates the jacking parameters according to the important and difficult points of construction. The key points of construction quality control and relevant preventive measures are analyzed. The construction results show that the construction of pipe jacking has been successfully completed by adopting extra-long distance pipe jacking technology, mud-water balance pipe jacking method and thixotropic mud technology, and good construction results have been obtained, which can be used for reference for similar projects.
