摘要
大学生是我国宝贵的人力资源财富,我国高校作为培养教育大学生的阵地在引领大学生、服务于大学生、培养大学生有着自己的任务和责任。明晰新形势下高校大学生培养目标,坚持培养创新性实用人才,支持大学生创业,全面做好高校育人工作是高校实现自身发展,培育符合国家发展战略需要的大学人才的重要前提。音乐专业大学生在校开设音乐培训班是为了践行实践创新和能力培养的有效途径,为大学生创业树立了模范引领的作用。
College students are valuable human resources wealth in China. As a direct education of college students, guiding college students, serving college students, and cultivating college students' educational positions, colleges and universities support college students' entrepreneurship, clarify the goal of college students in the new situation, and comprehensively educate college students. Work is an important prerequisite for colleges and universities to achieve their own development and to cultivate university talents that meet the needs of national development strategies. Music majors offer music training classes in schools in order to practice practical innovation and capacity development, and provide a bright future for college students to start their own businesses.
