摘要
以局部4级粗晶的大型17CrNiMo6钢锻造齿圈为研究对象,对其进行扩散退火+等温正火处理,以改善其晶粒和组织不均匀。结果表明:采用1230℃保温20 h扩散退火+670℃等温正火可改善17CrNiMo6齿圈的晶粒和组织不均匀问题,扩散退火后形成的粗晶,通过后续的等温正火得到细化,说明17CrNiMo6材料的晶粒度没有遗传性。
17CrNiMo6 steel heavy ring gear forgings with local coarse grain of grade 4 was treated by diffusion annealing and isothermal normalizing treatment to improve the grain homogeneity and microstructure aniformity.The results show that diffusion annealing at 1230℃for20 h and then isothermal normalizing at 670℃can improve the grain homogeneity and microstructure uniformity of the 17CrNiMo6 ring gear.The coarse grain formed after diffusion annealing can be refined by the subsequent isothermal normalizing,which means that the grain size of 17CrNiMo6 material is not hereditary.
