摘要
针对男性更年期综合征肾虚、天癸渐竭的根本病机,戚广崇教授运用冬令膏方择时补肾,侧重温补,并注意使心、肝、脾诸脏的功能恢复。中老年人随着年龄增长,气血不畅、瘀血内生较为常见,是更年期男性走向衰老的重要因素。戚老师以通为补,常以活血化瘀法祛瘀生新。膏方治疗本病起效相对较慢,戚老师用药的药性温和,且注重膏方的气味和口味,故配伍后使药效缓和,有利于长期服用,循循而进,缓图以取效。
Based on the disease mechanism of male climacteric,kidney deficiency and gradual exhaustion of the tian gui,Professor QI Guangchong applied winter cream formula to tonify kidney,especially tonification,emphasizing to restore the function of heart,liver and spleen. With the increase of age,the middle-aged and old people suffered from endo-generation of blood stasis due to unsmooth circulation of blood and qi,which is the male with climacteric syndrome to become infirm and disabled. Professor QI regards that unblock equals to tonification,and often applies activating blood and remove stasis to remove stasis and promote regeneration. Relatively,cream formulas work slowly on the male climacteric syndrome. The medicinals used by Professor QI are of warm and mild properties,and he also emphasize the taste and ordure of the cream formula. Therefore the prepared formulas are usually of chronic and mild effect,and are suitable for oral administration for long time to cure the disease gradually.
