摘要 利用热重-差热分析仪研究了防火密封胶在空气氛围下不同升温速率的热解特性规律。研究结果表明:在空气氛围下,随着升温速率的增大,防火密封胶的各阶段热解起始温度和终止温度都向高温方向移动。防火密封胶在空气氛围下热解分为三个阶段:第一阶段为主要失重阶段;第二阶段由于有炭层的形成,所以失重较小;随着温度的升高,热量的积累,最后冲破了炭层,致使燃烧热分解的第三阶段发生。通过采用Kissinger法、Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法和Starink法计算了防火密封胶的活化能E,其平均活化能分别为111.970、111.950和106.442 kJ/mol,结果基本一致。 The pyrolysis characteristics of fireproof sealant at different heating rates in air atmosphere were studied by thermogravimetric-differential thermal analyzer. The research results showed that in the air atmosphere,with the increase of heating rate,the pyrolysis initiation temperature and termination temperature of fireproof sealant moved towards high temperature direction at all stages. The pyrolysis of fireproof sealant was divided into three stages in the air atmosphere. The first stage was the main stage of weight loss,and the second stage was less in weight loss due to the formation of carbon layer. With the increase of temperature,the accumulation of heat eventually broke through the carbon layer,causing the third stage of combustion thermal decomposition. The activation energy E of fireproof sealant was calculated by the Kissinger method,the Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method and the Starink method. The average activation energy was 111.970,111.950 and 106.442 kJ/mol,respectively,which were basically the same results.
