兔毛含量和空芯结构对针织物性能的影响

Effect of rabbit hair content and hollow structure on the thermal insulation of knitted fabric

摘要 纱线结构和原料配比对提高针织物的性能起着重要作用。根据兔毛比例和结构的变化,研究了针织物退维前、洗涤后和6次洗涤后的透气性、透湿性和保温性。其中,多孔纱兔毛的比例分别为50%、60%和70%,中空纱中PVA纱芯的比例分别为20%、25%和30%。纱线的中空、多孔结构是利用超声溶去PVA形成的。试验结果表明:中空织物具有较好的透气性和透湿性,多孔织物具有较好的保温性;经多次洗涤后,性能进一步提高。 Yam structure and raw material ratio play an important role in improving the insulation performance of fabrics. Based on the ratio and structure of rabbit hair, the air permeability, moisture permeability and thermal insulation of knitted fabric before washing, after washing and after 6 times of washing are studied. Among them, the proportion of rabbit hair with porous yam is 50%, 60% and 70% respectively. The ratio of PVA core in hollow yam is 20%, 25% and 30% respectively. The hollow/porous structure of yam is formed by ultrasonic dissolution of PVA. The results show that hollow fabric has good air permeability and water vapor permeability, and porous fabric has good thermal insulation performance. The performance improves after several washing.
