摘要
青藏高原地域广阔,生态类型丰富,不同地区植被和土壤类型差异显著,是全球生物多样性研究的热点地区之一,也是全球气候变化敏感地区之一。土壤微生物的结构和组成直接影响着生态系统的结构、功能及土壤肥力,并对环境条件和人为干扰的响应显著。研究显示,青藏高原土壤细菌主要由放线菌门和变形菌门组成,真菌的主要菌群为子囊菌群和担子菌群,古菌的优势菌群为奇古菌和嗜盐杆菌,受到土壤理化性质、海拔高度及气候等因素影响,微生物的物种多样性和丰富度呈现由东南向西北逐渐降低的分布格局,而功能多样性则随着海拔高度的上升而增加。这些研究为进一步探讨全球气候变化背景下青藏高原土壤微生物的结构与组成及其对生态系统的影响,微生物与植物间的适应性进化提供参考,为极端环境下微生物资源的开发利用提供帮助。
The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is one of the hotspots in global biodiversity research because of its vast area,rich ecological types and significant differences in vegetation and soil types in different regions.It is also one of the sensitive areas of global climate change.The structure and composition of soil microorganisms have a direct impact on the structure,function and soil fertility of the ecosystem,and respond significantly to environmental conditions and human disturbance.The present study shows that the QTP soil bacteria is mainly composed of Acfinobacteria and Proteobacteria,Ascomycetes and Basidiomycetes in fungi,Thaumarchaeota and Halophilic bacillus in the archaea.Under the influence of soil physical and chemical properties,altitude,climate and other factors,microbial species diversity and richness gradually decreased from southeast to northwest,while functional diversity increased with the elevation.These studies provide references for further exploration of the structure and composition of soil microorganisms on the QTP and their impact on the ecosystem under the background of global climate change,as well as the adaptive evolution between microorganisms and plants,and provide help for the development and utilization of microbial resources in extreme environments.
