摘要
以高职院校技能大赛“智能电梯装调与维护”赛项为例,分析了职业院校普遍面临的“为赛而赛、大赛资源仅服务于少数参赛选手”问题,探讨制造类赛项资源转化的途径,并根据多年来教学应用效果反馈提炼出多种可行的资源转化实践项目,让大赛的人力物力投入对教学起到有益作用,为电梯专业人才培养模式变革提供了新的思路。
With the skill competition"installation,commissioning and maintenance of intelligent elevator"in higher vocational colleges as an example,this paper analyzes the common problem that"competition is just for preparation of competition and competition resources are only limited to a few competitors"in vocational colleges,explores the approaches of resource transformation of manufacturing competitions,and refines many feasible resource transformation practical projects according to the feedback of many years’teaching application effect,so that the human resources and materials invested to the competition can play a role in teaching,so as to provide a new thought for the change of reform of cultivation mode of elevator talents.
