摘要
在供给侧改革的背景下,扩大养老服务立法的有效供给,构建地方养老服务体系是对养老服务提升的有力支撑。山西省养老服务地方性立法本着为山西社会服务的理念,已经初具规模,今后还要增加数量、提高精度、完善体系,通过民主立法、科学立法、系统立法来解决山西社会养老地方性立法精度不准、数量不足、体系不协调的问题。
Under the background of the supply-side reform, the effective supply of elder care service legislation and the construction of local elder service system provide strong support for the improvement of elder care service. The legislation regarding elder care service in Shanxi province has begun to take shape for the purpose of serving the society of Shanxi. This paper proposes to resolve the problems of the precision, adequacy and coherence of the legislation regarding elder care services in Shanxi province through democratic legislation, scientific legislation and systematic legislation.
