摘要
为了改良青海省乐都区青杨林品质,通过青杨伐根嫁接毛白杨的方法进行青杨林更新试验,并对其病虫危害进行调查。结果表明;青杨伐根嫁接毛白杨嫁接苗的当年成活率高、第二年、第三年保存率高,嫁接毛白杨苗高生长量及地径生长量显著高于新植毛白杨;青杨伐根嫁接毛白杨嫁接苗具有显著抗杨干透翅蛾、杨树烂皮病、锈病的作用。以青杨伐根嫁接毛白杨插穗改善青杨林的嫁接方法可有效地提高林分质量。
In order to improve quality of the Populus cathayana forest in the Ledu district of Qinghai province,studying the regeneration P. cathayana forest by grafting Populus tomentosa and investigating the disease and insect. The results showed that the survival ratio of grafting P. cathayana was higher in the current year and a high survival rate in the second and third year. Moreover,the average increment growth of grafted P. tomentosa height and basal diameter were significant higher than those of newly planted poplar. The grafting seedlings of P. tomentosa had significant effects on resistance to Shecia siningensis , Cytospora chrysosperma and P. tomentosa rust. The study indicated that grafting the P. tomentosa on the P. cathayana for regenerating forest could improve quality of the P. cathayana forest effectively.
