摘要
为加快墨紫含笑新品种的推广应用,从砧木种类选择、砧木径级、嫁接时间、嫁接方法、嫁接后管理等方面探讨了墨紫含笑嫁接繁殖技术。结果表明:墨紫含笑适宜嫁接砧木为紫玉兰、白玉兰、望春玉兰;嫁接方法以切接法效果最好;最佳嫁接时间为2月下旬—3月中旬;大于0.6 cm径级的紫玉兰作为砧木对接穗成活和生长更加有利;春季嫁接的苗木,应及时抹去砧木上的萌芽,嫁接后40 d左右应陆续解除包裹接穗和砧木的捆绑条。
The new grape variety Michelia crassipes ＇MOZI＇ is selected from the bud mutation ofMichelia crassipes. In order to speed up the popularization and application of the new variety, the grafting technology of Michelia crassipes ＇MOZI＇ from the aspects of rootstock selection, rootstock diameter, grafting time, grafting method and post-grafting management was studied. The results showed that the suitable grafting,rootstock was Yulania liliflora, Yulania biondii and Yulania denudate, the grafting method was the best, the best grafting time was from late February to early March, and the diameter of Yulania liliflora is larger than 0.6 cm is more favorable for the grafting seedlings survive and grow. After the grafting in spring, rootstocks should be promptly erased the sprouts, and, about 40 days after grafting, the tied plastic-belt which is used for connecting root stock and scion should be cleared one after another.
