摘要
创新创业导师能力素质提升是各创业孵化服务机构的重要任务。当前广东创新创业导师存在“塔尖不高、塔基不实”的结构性短板问题,必须注重导师队伍建设,提升导师能力素质。为此,结合创新创业导师能力素质模型,提出创新创业导师能力素质提升路径建议,包括加强导师人才储备、完善导师培训机制、建立导师激励机制和考评及退出机制等。
It is an important task for each business incubator to improve the ability and quality of innovation and entrepreneurship tutor. At present, there is a structural deficiency problem of "tower tip is not high and tower base is not real" in Guangdong innovation and entrepreneurship tutor, so we must pay attention to the construction of tutor team and improve the ability and quality of tutor. Therefore, based on the ability quality model of innovative and entrepreneurial mentors, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the ability and quality of innovative entrepreneurial mentors, including strengthening the reserve of mentors, perfecting the training mechanism of mentors, establishing the incentive mechanism of mentors and the mechanism of evaluation and withdrawal, and so on.
