摘要
目的探究人工流产手术的患者实施计划生育技术服务的临床效果。方法回顾分析2017年2月~2018年2月本院收治的50例行人工流产手术患者纳为研究对象,查病例号按照单号双号将其分为对照组和实验组,每组纳入25例,开展常规护理干预即为对照组,开展计划生育技术服务即为实验组,详解两组的护理满意度、避孕节育知识掌握评分、再次人工流产手术率、意外妊娠率以及主动避孕率。结果对比对照组,实验组患者的护理满意度和主动避孕率升高,再次人工流产手术率和意外妊娠率降低;避孕节育知识掌握评分提高;P<0.05。结论对行人工流产手术患者主动计划生育技术服务干预,可提升患者护理满意度,降低再次人工流产手术率、意外妊娠率,提高主动避孕率和避孕节育知识掌握评分,值得临床深究。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of family planning technical services in patients undergoing artificial abortion.Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 patients undergoing abortion surgery in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 was conducted.The case numbers were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the single number,and each group was included.In 25 cases,the routine nursing intervention was the control group,and the family planning technical service was the experimental group.The nursing satisfaction,the contraceptive knowledge mastering score,the re-abortion abortion rate,the accidental pregnancy rate and the active contraceptive rate were explained.Results Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction and active contraceptive rate of the experimental group were increased,and the rate of recurrent abortion and accidental pregnancy rate decreased.The knowledge of contraceptive birth control knowledge increased;P<0.05.Conclusion The active family planning technical service intervention for patients undergoing artificial abortion can improve the patient′s nursing satisfaction,reduce the rate of re-abortion abortion,unexpected pregnancy rate,increase the active contraceptive rate and the contraceptive knowledge mastery score,which is worthy of clinical investigation.
