摘要
目的:探讨研究人工流产术后即刻放置吉妮致美宫内节育器(IUD)与TCu宫内节育器的应用效果及不良反应对比。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年5月漳州市长泰区妇幼保健院120例接受人工流产术的育龄妇女。60例妇女选择TCu宫内节育器,纳入对照组;60例妇女选择放置吉妮致美宫内节育器,纳入观察组。比较两组节育器的续用率、不良反应发生情况及满意度。结果:观察组节育器续用率为96.67%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组节育器使用总满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的81.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:育龄妇女行人工流产术后即刻放置吉妮致美宫内节育器,整体应用效果优于放置TCu宫内节育器,能有效提高其节育器续用率,且不良反应少,妇女使用满意度较高,值得临床上大力推广。
Objective:To investigate the application effect and adverse reactions of the Geneflux intrauterine device (IUD) and the TCu intrauterine device immediately after the artificial abortion.Method:A total of 120 women of childbearing age who underwent artificial abortion in Zhangzhou Changtai District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected.Among them,60 women chose the TCu intrauterine device and were included in the control group;60 women chose the Geneflux intrauterine device and were included in the observation group.The IUD continued use rate,adverse reactions and satisfaction of IUD were compared between two groups.Result:The IUD continued use rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 76.67% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 10.00%,which was lower than 30.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The IUD use total satisfaction in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 81.67% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Placement of the Geneflux intrauterine device in women of childbearing age immediately after artificial abortion has better overall application effect than placing the TCu intrauterine device,which can effectively improve the continued use rate of the IUD,and has fewer adverse reactions,and higher use satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
