摘要
供给侧改革是当前摆在动画产业面前的最大课题,直接影响中国动画产业的发展。文章围绕近15年来桎梏中国动画产业的顽疾,从产品、企业、产业和教育等四个层面,揭示了在产业运营中的短板问题,特别指出了动画产品供给中内容创意性的匮乏,以及动画产品需求中观众参与性的缺失等问题。从而,有针对性地提出了以提升国民素质美育教育为根本、以提高动画人才培养质量为助推、以强化动画企业管理水平为重心、以政策支持与法规建设为依托的措施,全面建构新时代中国动画产业的生态系统。这些策略具有重要意义,可以有效地补齐以往制约中国动画产业进步的多项短板,规避影响产业发展的诸多障碍。
The supply-side reform is currently the most prominent issue that relates to the advance of the Chinese animation industry.Through analyzing the problems which have impeded the development of China's animation industry in the past 15 years,this paper reveals deficiencies in industrial operation in terms of products,enterprises,industry and education,especially the problems of the lack of creative content and audience participation in animation products.Accordingly,to construct a new industrial ecosystem,improvements should be made from the following aspects: the national aesthetic education,the training quality of animation talents,the management of animation enterprises,the policy support and the construction of laws and regulations.Through these measures,many shortcomings that have restricted the progress of China's animation industry can be effectively overcome,and many obstacles affecting industrial development can be removed.
