摘要
本文概述了嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌发现和生物学特性,生物浸矿中的主要作用机理,分析了pH、温度、接种量、矿石粒度和矿浆浓度、振荡强度等因素对生物浸矿的影响,同时介绍了嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌对贵金属、有色金属浸出研究情况。为使该菌种更好地应用于生物浸矿,利用基因工程技术构建工程菌以提高其生长速度和对恶劣条件的适应能力是未来的研究重点。
In this paper, the discovery and biological characteristics of Acidthiobacillus ferrooxidans, microbial leaching mechanism were summarized. The main factors which influenced bioleaching were analyzed, including pH, incubation temperature, inoculum size, ore particle size, slurry concentration and oscillation intensity. The study of precious metals and non-ferrous metals leaching by Acidthiobacillus ferrooxidans were introduced. In order to make this strain better applied to bioleaching, engineering bacteria with genetic engineering technology which could improve growth rate and adaptability to harsh conditions is the focus of future research.
