摘要
为了有效提升配电终端试验检测水平,提出基于模拟主站的配电终端闭环联动测试方法。描述了模拟主站系统架构和功能组成,构建了模拟主站与配电终端协调联动运行环境。在此基础上,从测试流程和测试手段2 个维度对场景式闭环测试方案进行设计,并详细论述了闭环联动测试的具体步骤。应用结果表明,该闭环联动测试方法应用于实验室条件检测中,可以完成配电终端的组网联调、点表配置校核,关键性能指标闭环自动测试,有效解决了测试环境与实际运行工况有差异、功能性验证方法较为孤立、测试流程没有形成闭环、测试过程人工参与量大等问题,从而提升配电终端设备入网质量和精益化管理。
In order to effectively improve test level of the distribution terminal, a closed-loop linkage test method for power distribution terminal based on analog master station is proposed in this paper. This paper describes the system architecture and functional components of simulated master station. And a coordinated operation environment between simulated master station and distribution terminal is built. On this basis, a scene-based closed-loop test scheme is designed from two dimensions of test flow and test method. In addition, the specific steps of this closed-loop linkage test are also discussed in detail. The application results show that when the closed-loop linkage test method is applied to the laboratory condition detection, it can complete the network joint adjustment, the point table configuration check, and the closed-loop automatic test of key performance indicators. This effectively solves the problems like the test environment is different from the actual operating conditions, the functional verification method is isolated, the test process does not form a closed loop, and the manual participation of the test process is large. Through this application, the quality of the power distribution terminal equipment is improved and the lean management level is improved.
