摘要
全球能源互联网的核心是大数据的应用,即实现全球能源大数据的综合处理与利用。智能配电网作为全球能源互联网的重要组成部分,直接面向终端用户,其供电可靠性是全球能源互联网建设成效最直接的体现。文章以智能配电网为对象,研究在全球能源互联网背景下能源大数据在用户供电可靠性预测评估中的应用。通过对历史供电可靠性运营大数据的统计、分析与评价,基于时间序列与聚类算法,挖掘供电可靠性指标及其影响因素的数据特征与业务发展规律,结合规划数据实现用户供电可靠性的预测评估,为全球能源大数据的综合处理与利用开拓思路与应用领域。
Applications of big data is the core of global energy interconnection that needs to implement synthesis processing and utilization of global energy big data. As an important part of global energy interconnection, the power supply reliability of smart distribution network which facing to the end users directly is the most refl ection of construction effect of global energy interconnection. Taking smart distribution network as an object, the paper studied on the applications of energy big data in power supply reliability forecasting and evaluation under the background of global energy interconnection. According to the statistics, analysis and evaluation on the history data, the data characteristics and the law of index development are found for power supply reliability forecasting and evaluation based on time series and clustering algorithm. The results show that it turns out to be a new way for global energy big data synthesis processing and utilization.
