摘要
高校在理论教学中如何联系实际进行人才培养,如何提高学生在实践中使用理论知识的能力,提高学生的激情与动力,是高校人才培养的重要目标。研究旨在通过结合当前社会热点,以工业工程与物流工程专业课堂实例讲解为教学模式,引导学生理论联系实际,运用多门课程中所学知识,发现问题、解决问题。文中以共享视角下快递服务业运营模式为例进行了探讨和实践。
How to train talents based on practice in theory teaching,how to improve students’ ability to use theoretical knowledge in practice,and how to improve students’ enthusiasm and motivation are the important goals of university talents training. The purpose of this study is to guide students to integrate theory with practice,find problems and solve problems by combining current social hotspots and the classroom examples of industrial engineering and logistics engineering. This paper discusses and practices with an example of the operation mode of express service industry from the perspective of sharing.
