摘要
针对我国汽车服务行业高素质人才的供不应求和新形势下高等教育人才培养发展趋势,提出基于CDIO理念的汽车服务工程专业人才培养方案.该方案以工程基础知识、个人能力、人际团队能力和工程系统能力四个层面的毕业生能力作为目标,确定了17个与CDIO能力相对应的汽车服务工程专业毕业要求指标.在此基础上,对原有人才培养方案的课程结构和学时数等内容进行了修订,通过四个方面的举措来培养和提升学生的创新创业能力.随着新方案的实施,近年来本专业学生在创新创业等学科竞赛方面取得了较好成绩,创新创业能力得到了一定提升.
Aiming at the shortage of high-quality talents in China’s automotive service industry and the development trend of talent cultivation by higher education under the new situation, this paper proposed a talent cultivation program for automotive service engineering based on CDIO concept. Based on the graduates’ abilities including basic engineering knowledge, personal ability, interpersonal team ability and engineering system ability, the program identified 17 graduation requirements for automotive service engineering in accordance with CDIO capabilities. On this basis, the curriculum structure and the number of course hours of original talent cultivation program were revised, and four measures were proposed in order to cultivate and enhance students’ innovative and entrepreneurial ability. With the implementation of the new curriculum in recent years, the students of this major have achieved good results in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, and their ability to innovate and start a business has been improved.
