摘要 "策格"(酸马奶)疗法与认知康复间存在相关性,其可通过改善肠道益生菌促进认知水平的提高。神经细胞氧化损伤可能导致大脑认知功能退化,而维生素、微量元素、矿物质等营养素,以及抗氧化活性物质、多酚类化合物等非营养素,可以提高神经细胞的抗氧化能力。"策格"含有大量乳酸菌可以维持肠道微生物平衡,形成生物屏障,并抑制腐生菌生长,降低腐败所产生毒素对大脑的影响。未来,应深入研究"策格"疗法,从细胞内外基质角度,研究其对认知障碍的改善;同时,对"策格"中各营养物质的调节作用进行分析,分析"策格"与普通酸奶的本质区别,以及各营养物质对认知障碍的影响。 " Cege"( koumiss) therapy is associated with cognitive rehabilitation,which can promote the cognitive level by improving intestinal probiotics. Neuronal oxidative damage may lead to cognitive deterioration in the brain. Nutrients such as vitamins,trace elements and minerals,as well as non-nutrients such as antioxidants and polyphenols,can improve the antioxidant capacity of nerve cells." Cege" contains a large number of lactic acid bacteria,which can maintain the balance of intestinal microorganisms,form a biological barrier,inhibit the growth of saprophytes,and reduce the impact of corruption produced toxins on the brain. In the future,we should study the " Cege" therapy in depth,and study its improvement on cognitive impairment from the perspective of intracellular and extracellular matrix. At the same time,we should analyze the regulatory role of various nutrients in " Cege",to analyze the essential difference between " Cege" and ordinary yoghurt,and the impact of the nutrients on cognitive impairment.
