摘要
目的探讨盐酸氨溴索在老年慢性阻塞性肺炎合并肺部感染治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月至2017年8月就诊于本院的老年慢性阻塞性肺炎合并肺部感染患者77例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为实验组(38例)和对照组(39例)。对照组患者给予常规对症处理,实验组在对照组基础上增加盐酸氨溴索治疗,比较两组肺功能及血气指标改善情况。结果实验组FVC、FEV1和FEV1/FVC水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组PaCO2水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),PaO2水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),pH值差异无统计学意义。结论老年慢阻肺伴肺部感染患者应用盐酸氨溴索治疗效果显著,能快速缓解临床症状,提升肺功能,改善血气指标,值得推广应用。
Objective To probe into the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of elderly patient with chronic obstructive pneumonia complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods 77 cases of elderly patient with chronic obstructive pneumonia complicated with pulmonary infection and who treated in our hospital from May 2016 to August 2017 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into the experimental group (38 cases) and the control group (39 cases) by random number table method.The control group was given the routine symptomatic treatment, while the experimental group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride on the basis of control group.Then,the improvement of pulmonary function and blood gas index were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The PaCO2 level in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The level of PaO2 was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pH value. Conclusion The treatment effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of elderly patient with chronic obstructive pneumonia complicated with pulmonary infection are significant,which can quickly alleviate clinical symptoms,improve lung function,improve blood gas indicators,thus it is worth promoting and applying.
