摘要
目的:探讨马基雅维利主义与创业意向的关系以及生涯适应性、创业自我效能感在其中的中介作用。方法:采用短式黑暗三联征量表中的马基雅维利主义分量表、生涯适应性量表、创业自我效能感量表和创业意向量表对1095名大学生进行匿名调查。结果:结构方程模型分析表明,马基雅维利主义对创业意向的直接效应显著,生涯适应性和创业自我效能感在马基雅维利主义与创业意向之间的中介效应显著,且生涯适应性-创业自我效能感的链式中介效应也显著。结论:马基雅维利主义既可以直接预测创业意向,又可分别通过生涯适应性和创业自我效能感的中介效应、以及生涯适应性-创业自我效能感的链式中介效应间接预测创业意向。
Objective: To explore the relationship between Machiavellianism and entrepreneurial intention as well as the chain mediation mechanism of career adaptability and entrepreneurial self-efficacy in this relationship. Methods:1095 college students(399 boys and 696 girls) were recruited in the study to complete self-report questionnaires including the Machiavellianism Subscale of Short Dark Triad, Career Adapt-Abilities Scale, Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy Scale and Entrepreneurial Intention Scale. Results: The structural equation model analysis showed that the direct effect of Machiavellianism on entrepreneurial intention was significant, and the mediating effects of career adaptability and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on Machiavellianism and entrepreneurial intention were significant, and the chain-mediated effect of career adaptability and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on Machiavellianism and entrepreneurial intention was also significant. Conclusion: Machiavellianism not only influences entrepreneurial intention through the direct path, but also through the indirect path of career adaptability and entrepreneurial self-efficacy, as well as the chain mediating path between those two variables.
