摘要
在明确技术与制度协同创新对特色小镇发展的推动作用的前提下,解析特色小镇竞争力演化实质,探究特色小镇竞争力提升作用机理,据此提出特色小镇竞争力提升的相关对策。研究表明,技术创新和制度创新是特色小镇竞争力提升的重要驱动力,它们通过协同作用,促使特色小镇产业、文化、生态三大竞争力发生演化并产生生命周期下的差异,在增强创新驱动的基础上推动三大竞争力各自提升并相互促进,最终实现特色小镇整体竞争力提升。
On the premise of clarifying the role of innovation synergy onpromoting the development of characteristic towns, the self-organization characteristics of the characteristic town system are analyzedandthe essence of the competitive evolution of characteristic towns is revealed. Then,the functional mechanism of enhancing competitive power of characteristic towns is explored, based on which, the relevant countermeasures for the improvement of the competitiveness of characteristic towns are proposed. It is showed that technological innovation and institutional innovation are the great driving forces for the improvement of the competitiveness of characteristic towns. They cooperate with each other to promote the industrial, culturaland ecological competitiveness of characteristic townsto evolve and make a difference over the life cycle. The three competitive strengthsmustbe pushed to ascend and promote each other on the basis of enhancing innovation drive. Then, the overall competitiveness of the featured townswill be improved as a result.
