摘要
目的测定牛肺表面提取物质中三氯甲烷的残留量。方法采用顶空进样毛细管气相色谱法,色谱柱为DB-624毛细管柱,载气为氮气,用ECD检测器测定牛肺表面提取物质中的三氯甲烷残留量(外标法计算)。结果分离度符合要求,质量浓度在考察范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好,r=0. 9999,平均回收率为99. 56%~100. 75%,精密度的RSD值为1. 21%,定量限为6×10-3ng·m L-1。结论所用方法准确可靠,可用于样品中三氯甲烷残留量的测定。
OBJECTIVE To determine the residual trichloromethane in calf pulmonary surfactant extracts( CPSE) by Headspace GC-ECD. METHODS The residual trichloromethane was quantitatively determined by headspace GC on DB-624 column. and the detector temperature of electron capture detector( ECD) adopted external standard method. RESULTS The peaks of residual organic solvents were completely separated. There was a good linearity in the experimental concentration( r =0. 9999). The average recovery rate ranged from 99. 56% to 100. 75%. The detection limit was 6 × 10-3 ng·m L-1. RSD of precision was less than 1. 21%. CONCLUSION The method is accurate. It can be used for the determination of residual trichloromethane in CPSE.
