摘要
通过热压缩试验研究了4043铝合金在变形温度350~500℃和应变速率0.01~10 s^-1的热成形性能,建立了合金的本构方程和热加工图。结果表明:变形温度对4043铝合金应变速率敏感系数的影响较小;高温变形主要受位错的热激活能控制;最佳热变形工艺参数是温度460~500℃、应变速率0.05~1 s^-1。
The hot forming properties of 4043 aluminum alloy at 350-500℃and strain rate of 0.01-10 s-1 were studied by hot compression test.The constitutive equation and hot processing map of the alloy were established.The results show that the deformation temperature has little effect on the strain rate sensitive coefficient of 4043 aluminum alloy,the high temperature deformation is mainly controlled by the thermal activation energy of dislocations,and the optimum process parameters of hot deformation are temperature of 460-500℃and strain rate of 0.05-1 s^-1.
