摘要 以Q345B为研究对象,应用金相显微镜,拉伸试验机,夏比冲击试验机和扫描电镜,对比分析了稀土RE对Q345B热轧板带显微组织和性能的影响.采用包钢稀土钢板材厂先进的炼钢设备与2250热轧生产线,批量化生产Q345B,实践证明包钢稀土钢Q345B相同工艺下能够达到Q345E的冲击韧性.研究为包钢特色稀土钢种的生产提供了理论指导. With Q345B as the research object,the effects of RE element on the microstructure and properties of Q345B hot rolled strip were analyzed by using metallographic microscope,tensile testing machine,Charpy impact tester and scanning electron microscope.The advanced steelmaking equipment of Rare Earth Steel Plate Plant and 2250 hot rolling production line of Baotou Steel were used to mass produce Q345B.It is proved that the Q345B can achieve the impact toughness of Q345E under the same process.This research may provide theoretical guidance for the production of rare earth steel with characteristics in Baotou Iron and Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd.
