摘要
当前,我国媒体中的女性新闻报道具有碎片化、娱乐化和女性立场不明确等局限性。数据科学的发展为纠正当前女性新闻报道中出现的问题以及革新报道选题和内容提供了新的契机。基于此,本文介绍了性别数据的定义与性别数据鸿沟的现状;其次,结合当前国际组织和研究机构的实践,介绍了获取性别数据的两种主要方式;最后,结合近年来国外新闻机构的报道实践,总结了性别数据赋能女性新闻报道的四种方式:性别数据驱动故事生成,交互可视化增进信息理解,对媒介内容进行监测和反思;工具开源与数据开放。
Womcn’s news in contemporary China is fragmented,entertaining and lacks of a feminist perspective.Data science has provides an opportunity to improve women’s news reporting by innovating news topics and content.In this context,this paper introduces the definition of gender data and the present gender data gapthen,combined with the practice of international organizations and research institutions,it identifies two ways of obtaining and producing gender data;finally,this paper sums up four ways that gender data empowers women’s news,namely stores driven by gender data,information understanding enhanced by interactive visualization,monitoring and reflection of media content,and open-source of tools and data.
