摘要
目的探讨神经内科临床药师培训规范化的思路和方法。方法总结首都医科大学宣武医院神经内科临床药师规范化带教的工作实践。结果规范培训大纲和培训计划,统一考核指标,规范培训过程的每个环节,严把日常考核环节,发挥学科优势,做好理论学习标准化,使学员接受一致性的培训。结论神经内科临床药师规范化培训可以为医院药学培养合格的神经内科临床药学人才。
Objective To discuss the ideas and methods in standard training of clinical pharmacists for the Department of Neurology. Methods The educational work of clinical pharmacists in the Neurology Department of Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University was summarized. Results Consistent training was offered to each trainee, the training program and training plan were normalized, the assessment index was uniformed. Every detail of the daily training was standardized in both theoretical study and pracitice. Conclusion Standard training of clinical pharmacists in the Department of Neurology is important for hospital pharmaceutical talent cultivating.
