摘要
目的 分析研判南京市药店执业药师的药学服务现状。方法 采用问卷调查和现场访谈形式,于2022年4—6月对456名药店执业药师和医院药师的专业及学历、工作情况、继续教育培训和审方工作四个方面进行调查和分析。结果 药店执业药师较医院药师年龄偏大,学历偏低,其中第一学历为非药学专业者占40.4%,且专业面较为宽泛;相较于医院,药师在现单位工作时间较短,7年及以上工作年限者分别占38.4%和69.1%。药店执业药师对处方药审方的执行情况较好;对学历继续教育、参加药学相关培训有较高的积极性,对继续教育培训的内容给予较高评价。相较于医院药师,药店执业药师在实际工作中承担了较多的社会性事务和销售压力,工作内容更杂更多。结论 南京地区各药店对处方药的销售和对药品的管理均趋于规范化。药店执业药师的学历水平、对参加继续教育培训的态度和对处方药审方重要性的认识均有提高。
Objective To analyze and judge the pharmaceutical service status of licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies in Nanjing. Methods In the form of questionnaire survey and on-site interviews, from April 2022 to June 2022, a total of 456 hospital pharmacists and licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies in Nanjing were investigated and analyzed in four aspects: professional and educational background,work situation, continuing education and training, Review prescription.Results Compared with hospital pharmacists, licensed pharmacists in pharmacies were older and had lower educational backgrounds.Among them, 40.4% had non-pharmacy majors as their first degree and had a wider range of majors;Compared with hospital pharmacists who worked in the current company for a shorter period of time,38.4% and 69.1% of them worked for 7 years or more, respectively.Licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies had a better implementation of prescription drug review;they were more motivated to continue education with academic qualifications and participate in pharmacyrelated training, and gave high evaluations to the content of continuing education and training. Compared with hospital pharmacists, licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies bear more social affairs and pressure on sales of pharmacies in their actual work, and their work content was more complex. Conclusion The sales and management of prescription drugs in retail pharmacies in Nanjing tend to be standardized. The educational level of licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies, their attitude towards participating in continuing education and training, and their awareness of the importance of prescription drug review have all improved.
