养护温度和养护时间对缓凝水泥浆液表观粘度及流变性能的影响研究 被引量:3

Study on the Effect of Curing Temperature and Curing Time on the Apparent Viscosity and Rheological Properties of Retarding Grout

摘要 采用35℃养护温度下,初凝时间可达到55h20min左右、终凝时间可达到57h30min左右的缓凝水泥浆液,在20℃、25℃、30℃、35℃和40℃五个养护温度条件下,进行了浆液表观粘度的实验研究。结果表明,随着养护温度的提高,浆液的表观粘度随之增大,且浆液养护到一定时间后,其表观粘度有突然增长的趋势。同时进行了缓凝水泥浆液流变性能试验,结果表明,缓凝水泥浆液的流变模型符合宾汉流体,且随着养护时间的增长和养护温度的提高,浆液的动力粘度和动切力随之增大,并呈线性规律。基于上述研究,推导出了冻结管下沉底部时,其所受缓凝水泥浆液粘滞力的计算公式。 At five curing temperatures of 20℃,25℃,30℃,35℃ and 40℃,the apparent viscosity was studied on a kind of retarding grout which could be cured at curing temperature of 35℃,with initial setting time of 55 h20 min and final setting time of 57 h30 min.The results showed that with the increase of curing temperature,the apparent viscosity of the grout increased,and its apparent viscosity increased suddenly after curing for a certain time.At the same time,the rheological properties of retarding grout were tested.The results were concluded that the rheological model of retarding grout accorded with Bingham fluid.With the increase of curing time and curing temperature,the dynamic viscosity and dynamic shear force of the grout increased,showing a linear law.Based on the above researches,the formula for calculating the viscous force of retarding grout on the bottom of freezing pipe was derived.
