摘要
制备了不同原料土掺量的气泡轻质土,研究了原料土掺量对气泡轻质土流动度和抗压强度的影响,并通过扫描电镜探讨了气泡轻质土的微观结构与力学性能之间的关系。结果表明:原料土掺量增大,气泡轻质土的流动度减小,但原料土掺量在25%以内,对气泡轻质土的流动度影响较小;原料土对气泡轻质土的抗压强度影响很大,随原料土掺量增加,抗压强度大幅度降低;扫描电镜观察表明,随原料土掺量增加,气泡轻质土的孔径增大、气孔形状完整性变差、孔壁变薄,导致气泡轻质土的抗压强度降低。
The foamed cement banking containing different raw soil content was prepared.The influence of raw soil content to the fluidity and compressive strength of foamed cement banking was investigated.The relationship between the microstructure and the physical properties of foamed cement banking was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results indicated that the fluidity of foamed cement banking decreases with the increase of raw soil content.But when raw soil content is less than 25%,it has little influence on the fluidity of foamed cement banking.Influence of the raw soil on the compressive strength of the foamed cement banking is remarkable.The compressive strength is greatly reduced with the increase of raw soil content.SEM shows that the hole diameter increases,the shape of hole is irregular and wall of hole becomes thin with raw soil content increases,which leads to the decrease of compressive strength of foamed cement banking.
